Who are we?
Supermercats de Formentera, is a family business founded in 1982 by José Mayans and Francisca Castelló, acquiring the transfer of a small food and butcher shop called Carnicería La Savina. A few years later, the business moved to a larger store, where it was renamed La Savina Supermarket.
After more than 30 years of experience in the sector and attending to the needs of the people of the island, in June 2016, És Bàsic was born in Sant Ferràn, with the intention of creating an accessible and quality supermarket for local people. After a great reception, in May 2020 it was decided to open another És Bàsic supermarket in Sant Francesc.
Our stores are designed to offer you everything you need to make a quick and comfortable purchase. Over the years we have improved our facilities, increasing sections and referencing more national and imported products.
